Implement Ethics Monitor survey results in the areas of corporate governance; strategy and leadership development; change management; employee relations; and people strategy. Specialises in value transformation – encompassing value proposition development, communication and delivery –which brings strategy, behaviour and values together in a way that is essential for longer-term sustainability.

Grant Sieff is the CEO of IC Growth Group, Infochoice (Pty) Ltd and Infochoice Growth (Pty) Ltd. He is also a part-time Senior Lecturer in Strategy & International Business.

He has a background in strategy, technology and financial services, and experience in management, teaching and consulting in Australia and South Africa.

Grant specialises in leadership, communication and strategic alignment in executive programme delivery. He has a particular interest in strategic behaviour, and in the impact of new technologies on these areas of business.

After finishing his honours degree in Computer Science at the University of Cape Town, Grant moved to Australia, where he worked as a vice president for Citibank, and as a partner for the Centre for Corporate Strategy. He returned to South Africa in 1997 to join Accenture as an associate partner. In 1999, he established Netchoice, an ecommerce infomediary service, followed by Infochoice, which has a focus on competitive intelligence, market research, management education and strategy.

He has served as a faculty member of Citibank's Asia-Pacific Banking Education Institute, and Duke Corporate Education’s Global Learning Resource Network.

He holds a BA (with majors in Economics, Computer Science, and Psychology) and a BSc Honours degree (Computer Science) from the University of Cape Town, as well as an MA (Psychology) and an MBA from Sydney University. He holds a PhD from the University of Johannesburg, with a research focus in strategic leadership.

Grant consults in South Africa and internationally with leaders of listed companies and public sector organisations in the areas of management development and strategy.
